Some of your Fuel Injectors may have been clogged. Hopefully the Garage Door was open? lol

If they're clogged, they wont spray, or they'll spray very little, which could, If I remember correctly, cause misfire sometimes, but I could be wrong.

Yes, if the coolant temperature sensor is broke, it will send incorrect readings to the PCM. The PCM will see the reading and add or subtract more fuel, which could cause misfire.

OMG THE WORSE CASE HAPPENED
I CALLED AUTOZONE AND WAS TELLIN HER HOW WHEN I PARK MY CAR AND COME BACK IN LIKE 1 MINUTE AND IT WONT START EASILY SHE TOLD ME IT COULD BE MY FUEL INJECTORS CAUSE I HAVE BEEN RUNNING MY CAR LOW ALOT(I KNO IM NOT SUPPOSE TO BUT MY GAS HAND BE ACTIN UP). I PUT SOME FUEL SYSTEM CLEANER IN AND HOPING TO GOD THAT IT WORKS. HOW MANY TIMES CAN I PUT FUEL INJECTOR CLEANER IN MY CAR?
WILL IT EVENTUALLY WORK?
IS THERE A WAY TO TAKE THE INJECTORS OUT AND THEM OR THEY HAVE TO BE REPLACED?
WHERE ARE THEY LOCATED?
SORRY FOR THE LIST OF QUESTIONS
