Rough Idle
Well, I don't know whats going on now. I drove the car to work on Monday. Checked the codes when I got home, and had the same code! I am hoping that I just forgot to clear the code out. But I did clear it out for sure last night. I will drive it to work to day and rescan it tonight. Hope they don't come back. I will also stop and grab some Lucas tonight on the way. Thought I had some, but I guess I'm out.

With DBW the computer controls the RPMs with the throttle plate. No reason for a IAC. It would just be redundant.
Ok, here is the latest. I cleared the codes before I went to work this morning. Drove to work and back, about 120 miles total, with the scanner hooked up. It read 11 misfires on cylinder 1, 0 on 2, 2394 on 3, 1 on 4, 0 on 5, and 2016 on 6. I did stop and pick up a bottle of Seafoam and Lucas. Put the Seafoam in the tank then filled it up. I am starting to lean towards the injectors, I mean what else can it be!?! Just hoping that between the Seafoam and Lucas they will clean up alright. Anybody have any ideas?
Ok, here we go again with another update! A friend of mine told me that Wal-mart does a fuel system cleaning service. So I went and checked it out and figured for $18, why not. So now the fuel system has been "professionally" cleaned. Now I will just have to wait till tomorrow to take it to work and try it out.

Like libertyforall said, check the coil packs. Take the plugs off the terminals and see if there's any rust and sand off the rust. Cylinder misfires are usually plugs, wires, or coil packs. Sometimes it can be the ignition module too.
Just got back home from work. Still got the misfire. I did see some discoloration on the back port of the front coil, cylinder 3. When I saw that I thought I was on to something. so I swapped out coil packs 3 & 6 with 2 & 5. But it didn't change anything. Now I am thinking about swapping injectors 3 & 6 with injectors 2 & 5. That will at least determine if it is a fuel problem or not. With having already changed out the plugs, wires, coils, and the ignition control module, I'm running out of ideas.
