Gorn, I have gotten 30 with the rockers. I had gotten this 1.9 kit (Click me), with these springs (click me), and these steel retainers (click me). Rocker arms can also be had from these guys.

What rockers, if any, would go well with a stock cam and stock springs? What kind of performance gain would this net?

Motor is stock, but I have a CAI/headers/exhaust, if that matters.
