Default Pulley tensioner bolt broke - how do i remove to replace?

Well, got the motor in and trying to swap the pulley tensioner since when i got the motor it was damaged. I have a good on but can't seem to figure out how to take it off. Happy to supply you with a picture to show what i'm working with. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. I want to be driving her tomorrow...lol

I guess it depends on which motor you have - 3.4 vs. 3.8...

On the 3.8, there are several extra bolts that hold the alternator, and coolant runs through it to the heater core.
