Default AC Belt tensioner Pulley

how's it going guys..... i have a problem and mayb someone could help me out
I recently had new lifters and heads put on my 95 camaro 3.4. I drove it for about a month and it started making this loud ticking noise. I checked under the hood and look at the belt tensioner and saw that it moving up and down with the ticks. The ticks get louder as i accelerate. Do you think the belt tensioner is the cause of that???

Might be. Though I believe most the time you'll get a squeaky noise. Could be internal also. You know if the lifters are solid or hydraulic on the 3.4?

Since the lifters have just been replaced, I would suspect one of them for being noisy. Not pumping up all the way. Who did the work?

I'd take it back, and ask them what the noise is. Could be just the tensioner pulley.I'm just giving you my best guess without being there to listen.

I don't think it would make a noise like that. Not sure, I've never had belt tensioner problems. Most of what I know about them is hearsay.
