Question Problems with my 96 RS. HELP??

Ok i have a 96 Camaro and the check engine light came on. I used my scan tool and at first it said misfire from multiple cylinders but now it has 2 codes misfire from cylinder 5 and P0756 something bout the solenoid b stuck off and it is the second time that one turned on. the first time i got that code i took it to the tranny shop and they changed the solenoid and the filter it went away for about 6 months and is on now.
Here is what my scan tool has in some areas that don't sound right:

Short term fuel trim 1 8.5%
Long term fuel trim 1 16.4%
Short term fuel trim 2 0.0%
Long term fuel trim 2 14.8%
MAP Sensor 10 in. hg

Ignition timing adv -18.5

Intake air temp 104 F
Air flow rate .43 lb/min
throttle possition 0%
EGR position .42 V
Fuel Tank Pressure .01 Volts
Canister Purge Solen 20%
A/F Ratio 14.7

All that is on idle. I dont know if any of that is bad or not so if anyone can help me figure out these things I would really appreciate it. If you need more info let me know and ill try to reply asap. Thank yo

so you know, 2 and 5 share a coil. that is what i'd look at first.

I have negative timing advance readings too...I think its a glitch or something because my car runs just fine.

I don't know what solenoid b is but it sounds like the transmission shop didn't do a good job?

I need to find out if it is a glitch or not so i dont pay to fix it and end up paying and the timing be the same. If it is the transmission again i dont know what im going to do because its heka money to fix the tranny maybe i will just replace it but i am not sure.

i am going to change the coils later when i get extra money. i am not driving it right now so i dont think it will hurt if it stays there.

to ensure it is the coil, you might swap that coil with one of the others on the car, and see if the codes show misfires on the other cylinders. if they do, then be confident it's the coil.
