There any way you could send/post pics of the brake line work you had to do in order for it to bolt up? My car has the factory 3.23 gears and I'm wanting at least 3.42's if not 3.73's. Thanks

 

i would also like to know some of this too as im thinking of doing the same thing to my '95 3.4

 

i have a '95 3.4 with an auto tranny and have the 3.55(GV5) gears....and wanna swap them out for a posi rear end with rear disk as well with some 3.73 gears

 

Yeah that's exactly what I'm gonna do. All except I have a 5-speed. I don't think that matters tho... And mine has 3.23(GU5) gears. Anyone know why all these 3.4's had different gears in the rear end?

 

cause GM is dumb and likes to waste money on things like that for some reason instead of making things esy and only having 3 sets of gears for different models...in my opinion the 3.4/3.8/5.7 with auto should have one set, the 3.4/3.8/5.7 with a manual should have one and the ss should have its own set...but what do i know i dont work for GM

 

and the funny thing is my car looks just like yours and were both in missouri...same color and everything just i got an auto and tinted windows

 

Where in Missouri? Haha do I know you? I know a few guys in Missouri with auto versions of my car lol
