Poor Heat

since its nice and warm i finally got my car up to 200 degrees, and it still blew out very poor heat. would back flushing my heater core work and what is the correct way of doing it?

it may work as long as theres nothing wrong with the core... as for how to pull the hoses off and run water through reverse
