I recentley went on a roadtrip which seemed to fry my little 3.4 V6 Engine.

So since winter is coming up i cannot drive it. So im plannin on saving up for a fix up or a sale then purchasing a new car.

I need advise in this as I do not know much. Is it easy to swap a v6 for a v6? If so, is it easy to swap my little 3.4 for a bigger 3.8?

And will I need any parts to complete as the v6 for v8 requires??

 

A 3.4 v6 from the same year would be the easier route, but a 3.8 won't be so easy, a lot of different setups for those engines.

 

Installing a 3.8 in your car is as much work as installing a V8. The 3.4 and 3.8 engines are totally different from each other.
