the pipe that comes out of the convertor on my 3.8v6 broke the weld can it be welded back without taking it off the car

Yes, just be sure to disconnect the battery so the current fromt he welder doesn't fry the computer.

probly just hit a bump or bottom'd out and knocked it loose
