Is there a company out there that produces a Performance 3.4L Engine?
I have a 93' Base model Camaro and I need a new engine and was wondering if I could just save up and buy a complete built performance engine for my car?

 

SOCOM got some good power out of his 3.4 but to my knowlege no one has bothered to produce a production rebuilt performance 3.4 of any generation.

more than I shouldve spent on a v6 :P upwards of 2 grand easily.

 

Ok, so Can a 4.3L motor bolt up to my tranny, It's a carb motor so the comp is no issue, I can hook up gauges for all necessary things, but will this motor bolt up? if not is there another size engine that I can use?

 

No, the 4.3 is a 90* block while the 3.4 is a 60*. Basically you are stuck to the 3.4 unless you feel like tearing your car apart and swapping everything over from a donor f body with a bigger engine (3.8 or 5.7)
