Alright im pretty f*cking pissed right now, i go outside to start up the ol' Camaro and WHAM! smoke comes out the front driver side hood, car is revving at almost 4000 RPM's WTF!!!!!!!!! so now i am screwed unless my mechanic is open tomorrow so i can get to work monday morning, anyone have any clue as to what the **** just happen???? i am totally lost, i looked over every nook and cranny and nothing looks out of the ordinary at ALL!!!. only thing that was there was a rag i left on top of the K&N intake tube and it was drapped over the brake fluid distributer thingy lol and the fuse box on the driver side, nothing at all looks weird, and the smoke was not even that much, and did not smell like wire or rubber or even oil[:@][:@][:@][:@]

 

did the rag somehow push the throttle wide open?

Ok well after much punching of walls and deliberating with my fist lol i hae found the problem....... on top of the motor...... in between the intake manifold there are those 2 black hoses that come from somewhere, to the front of the manifold, and converge into one connection, damn thing must have popped off outta nowhere lol, thanks anyway, i almost had a heart attack
