an exhaust system is always a good way to start bolt on mods.

 

well i have the magnaflow muffler... should i get the headers and maybe gut the cat or take it off and weld on a pipe???

....still lookin for input on where to spend me $$$$ on the car tho!!!!

 

You can get an SLP cold air intake . Mine is on its way. From what I have heard if you upgrade the intake with your exhaust you are supposed to get more horsepower than if you just upgrade each one by them self . Here is an awesome site where you can get this cold air intake.

I think so.. on the 93-97's the V8 and V6's cai's fit either. and from what i can tell the same is true about the 98-02. They both use the airbox. I'm about 99% sure they are the same for the LS1 and 3800. That looks like a good deal on the pacesetters. But the hypertech will make your shifts more firm and take off the speed limiter. plus alot more... Tune it for 93 octance gas, run 93 or + gas with an octane booster and you can def. beat him.

 

aight cool, thanks for the info man. what about the headers and Y pipe?? anyone know about how much of a hp gain i can see from that?

 

If you know somebody it would be real sick to get a "true" performance exhaust... idk how it fits under the car but each header has its own exhaust... it wont pass inspection tho, but my dad owns a car shop so im all good...

 

hey i got a quick question about that free Ram air mod... can u do that with a cold air intake? or is it just for stock intakes
