my buddy has 99 rs 3.8 with auto tanny he is in the air force and he is in england and want to help him out what kind of mods can i do with like 550 dollars any thing will help

I would do cold air intake,magnaflow exhaust,and if you have enough left, a shift kit. thats just me, or just getting a new rear gear (3.73) and exhaust.
