Default My first performance mod

My exhaust is being delivered today. Finally after two and a half years I am starting on my performance modifications. The intake I guess should be the next step but after that I'm not sure what to do. Should I get headers or rear end gears?

Suspension, as I am sure this is a daily driver for you, right? You want to be able to control the power and handle well, right? How many miles on the car?

1. Shocks (assuming you have the stock orange deCarbon/Delphi)
2. Bigger Sways
3. Shock Tower Brace
4. Subframe Connectors

I was going to at least replace the shocks the car has 199xxx miles on it and I think the springs are squeaking so I was going to replace those soon anyway but the bigger sway bars and such are really good ideas

Damn, are you on stock shocks? If you have that many miles on the stockers, you will LOVE the improvements shocks and sways will give you. Springs don't squeak, unless you are missing the isolators at top/bottom -- is the sound from the front or rear? Are you going to stay lowered, or go back to stock height?

As far as the suspension goes what do you guys suggest. I know almost nothing about that other than a little bit on springs, shocks, and the sway bars. Would the ss sway bars be my best bet or are there better ones?

SS sways should be fine for a V6. Definitely adjustable shocks if you are keeping it lowered (Strano springs) -- Koni's are the first shock choice, but pricey so KYB AGX possibly for the V6. Go call Stranoparts.com and tell him your goals/budget and take notes.
