Default Motor Swap

I got a guestion i swapred the motor out in my 94 a 3.4 for a 3.4 new motor only has 29,000 on it. the swap is a post in it self i got plenty of pics if anybody wants to see but anyways got it all done and there is a hesitation to it not sure on how long it sat but do you think its just some clogged injectors when idleing its fine when i road tested it is when i noticed it. if you ease into the throttle it seems to be ok i'm just wondering if the computer needs to relearn a new motor or if i'm just looking for something to be wrong any help would be great.

It is probabbly relearning. If it continues run some seafoam through it and see if that helps. Do you have the injectors off the old motor?
