I got a 88 camaro (v6). What little things do ya'll think that i could do to gain me some horse?

 

i assume we are talking about a 2.8 liter. other than keeping it tuned up your about as fast as your gonna get. any mods you put on it are gonna be very hard to recognize. the 2.8 was built for fuel economy. if your just wanting to spend money , there is several things that might give you a couple of extra horsepower but you will probably never feel it. if you really serious about wanting horsepower spray it. you can get nitrous kits fairly reasonable on ebay. sick

 

I plan on dropping a 305 in there for bout $1000. Getting dual exhaust and biggers headers.
i have heard that u ca knock out the "pottery" substance in the CAT...Which leads too more flow....which leads to a little bit more horse...if that is correct...if not let me know.
