Well, yes, there is compression ratio, as you stated, but there's the actual compression reading, which is read in psi. The aforementioned compression numbers (100psi) seems a little high for a 3.8.

I FIXED IT partially
i put a new coil in it for cylinder #5 and #2. it runs fine now.
with the exception of a hesitation to start sometimes.[:@]
But no more misfires
