Would you be able to post some close up shots of the hinge pillar that I made reference to earlier? I'm curious as to what you did there.

i can try but im not going to take the fender off to do so

You need to upload your photos to photobucket and post the [IMG] link in your post and they will be like a full screen in size. I would love to see what you had to do to put the doors on your car.

Interesting! I would be happy just to have an ejection seat to help get my old **** up and out of them after driving!

Man if there is one thing in the world you dont do, its to put lambo doors on ANY muscle car. There for excotics ONLY, not to be confused.
#47
This isn't a muscle car.

if it is that a camaro quite often has a powerful engine driving it, then why would it be that lambo's which beat most camaro's have the doors.
what i wanna see is lambo doors on a 4th gen t-tops.

Lambos are designed specifically for lambo doors. There doesn't have to be any major structural modification to a lambo to get lambo doors to fit. They are already on there.
Camaros on the other hand don't come with camarolambo doors, and I am curious to see what needs to be done structurally to make them work on a camaro. If it is a matter of adding some steel to the pillar then that isn't a big deal. But if it is a matter of subtracting steel from the pillar then I can only wonder about the integrity of the car.
I don't see a 6 banger knocking out the torque to twist the car in half, but an accident... That would definitely make me leery.

yea, i guess we are all still waiting to see pictures back.
reminds of one guy i heard of here in my hometown. we have an annual hill climb (happening this saturday actually) and he built a 3rd gen t-top bird up. pulled the v6 and swapped in some crazy engine, didn't do any frame work, etc. got it ready for race day and lined it up. did a hard launch and the whole car got a twist in it.
