Actually, They make an Intake for the 3.4 and 3.8 Models. It produces 6.97 horsepower with the stock hood. With an SS Hood, it can probably produce 10+ horsepower. And I've seen this intake for about $290, but with V6's, you need to get the most horsepower you can get.

Cold air intakes won't produce any more power with a SS hood than they do with a regular hood. Yes they make one for the 3.4, but no kit is available specifically for the '95-'97 3.8.
