Default Oil in my air intake!!! Help

ok I have a 97 v6. Well the check engine light is on......I took it to auto zone to see why and they told me it could be my catalytic converter or oil in my exaust or piston rings.......So I'm under the engine and I hear a gargling noise, coming from the intake. So i remove it and I see there is OIL COMING FROM MY AIR INTAKE, PLEASE HELP, I think this might be dangerous

That sounds like either you have a malfunctioning PCV valve or else you have bad piston rings. First check the compression with a standard store bought compression tester, if the numbers all look good then it is probably the PCV valve. It is located on the rear valve cover and is towards the middle.
