Exclamation Injector help

I just put a new engine in my 98 v6 2 months ago and I had some injector leaking problems. It was the injectors where to low in the fuel rail but i got all the clips on and it was good. Now just a few days ago, about 1,000 miles later, i replaced my oxygen sensor. I drove it for about 10 miles and it smelled like gas. I parked it over night and nothing on the floor. But then i drove .5 miles to my grandmas house and it leaked some on the driveway. So i looked at the injectors and the rear driver was leaking because it was to low in the manafoild. But there no way to get it lower in the manafoild. I unbolted the rear bolt, pulled it out of the manafoild and took off the clip and put it in the manafoild. Now it is to low in the fuel rail. Its like theres no in between! I put it in the rail, put on the clip, had someone turn on the fuel pump and it leaked top and bottom!
Any ideas on how to fix it?

Sounds like you need a new seal kit.

BWD 274081 - Fuel Injector Seal Kit | O'Reilly Auto Parts

Or this one that is only the O-rings
http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/de...2524&ppt=C0024

Either kit should work for you but one may have left over parts.

These are one kit per injector and it is a good idea to do all 6 of them. Just remember to use a little bit of oil on the O-rings when you push them back into the manifolds.

I took out the injector and the top o ring had a peice missing. That would explain the top leaking but the rear... I dont know. ill put it in and see what happens. Btw, I replaced all the injector rings when i put in the new engine.
