i sprung a leak

Default i sprung a leak

hey the other day i looked down and my engine temp was super hot so i added some water to cool it off it took alot so i figured it had just got low well then today i was leaving school and my car had been running like 10 minutes and was already like super hott so i pulled over and went to add water whne i saw it was leaking aton from somewhere behind the engine i couldnt see where my dad says maybe its a freeze plug got pused out but i have no clue or money so any ideas would be great

If the freeze plug is rusted out, the proper thing to do would be to change it out. You can try a cheap fix, by pouring a can ofcooling systemsealer in the radiator. It may stop the leak temporarily, but as the plug continues to rust it will leak again.

hey well i took her to my friends to try to get a better look and the leak is in the back of the engine and its so close up aginst the firewall i cant see were its coming from my friends dad said it might be a cracked block he thinks so iduno if it is and i have to pull the block how hard is a 350 swap
