I found the problem!
So I got a new set of heads for my 3.4 and so I decided to pull the motor and put them on. The only difference of the heads is the new heads have slightly bigger valves. Anyway, I got the motor out and low and behold this is what I find. Remember, the car sat for six years and apparently was a flood victim. I can not stress enough to take care of your cars. Check the oil often. Anyway, I broke the engine down and cleaned it and put back together. Here's some pics. Oh and I decided to give and old school engine block orange paint job.
Theres this magical chemical called LMS its an electric contact cleaner but it ate that junk up you just got to make sure to spray something like WD40 afterwards beside that junk the engine was fine well that and the blow head gasket
