my cars fine just the dude i bought it from had set the idle at 1500rpms and i would like to bring it down to like 900 or 800. i think i found the screw, on the back of the throttle body under the throttle cable connectors, but i have almost no room to get it without taking the coil pack off. i did twist it a little and it didnt do really anything. is this the right screw?

 

The screwhas linkage that rests on it. This linkage is the throttle. To be sure it is the right linkage, pull away from the screw and engine should rev up. Twisting the screw away from the linkage will lower the idle (assuming the previous owner messed with it), and twisting the screw towards the linkage will raise the idle.
