Ajust rockers

Default Ajust rockers

(adjust oops)What is the best way to adjust them? I have too much noise.

Take a look at this link. There are a couple options.

You need to make sure you don't have any lifters that have collapsed causing the noise.

Are you using solid or hydraulic lifters?

Then any of the methods in shbox will work. I prefer the engine running method.

engine running is the only way i know of to get the setting right and the same on all cylinders.

well isnt the engine runing method a lot faster and easier?

yes especially if the motor is running as opposed to first setting after a rebuild.

not near as bad with the lt1 as with the old school 350. lt1 just sorta spits it out there instead of a steady stream. i tried using a shop rag over the ones not being adjusted and seemed to work ok, just had to keep an eye on it.
