Default How to connect wire to terminals

So i went to install the wiring for an amp in my car today and i noticed that my battery terminals are very weird and i could not tighten down the bolt on the positive so i could not connect my wire. Any suggestions of what i should do to get it connected.

theres a little red box on the passenger side finder well just before the battery. connect it there on the bolt that has the wire coming from the batter. thats what i did and it works great.

thats the red box. its more of an oval. you can see the red battery cable going to it the on the other side is a bunch of cables going out on the other side along with my sub cable. dont put your sub cable on the same side i did. put it on the side with the battery cable. i origanaly had it on that side but then i removed my sub a year ago then replace d it last fall and put it on the wrong side.

i guess that was one thing they got rid off once they switched to catfish front end. you can always notch out a little peice of the red rubber around the bolt to connect the amp cable.

Your junction block is on the driver's side near the fuse box. Take a look at the picture below and see on the right hand side there is a little red thingy? that is the junction for the + side of the battery. Attach your amp there.
