Id you use the computer/ECU from your car or from the donor car. Where the cars the same year? The security system check for the vin number in the computer.

So you switch the wiring harness and the ECU? Is the fuel pump turning on? Are the fuel injector pulsing? If you have no spark and you are getting fuel your plugs should be wet. Any lights on in the dash that are not normally one?

These are not just random question. If you have everything except spark it limits what it could be. If you do not have one of the others then that leads us in another direction.

Craby,
he said in a earlier post they where the same year.

the donor car is a 1998 camaro. and i have a 1998 camaro. all i did was change the engine. orignal harness and ecu is still on my car. i have fuel pressure in rail. wet plugs. fuel pump turns on. everyting works except the spark...i did however change the oil pressure sensor because my conector did not fit the sensor....im thinking of changing all the sensors..good idea? or could it be a ripped wire?
