Then your heater core is fine. You need to find out if it's a valve control flow issue under the hood (heater hoses not getting hot), or if it's something with the blend doors under the dash.

Best thing to do is turn the heat off run the car till it warms up. Feel the hoses see if they are cool. Turn heat on and make sure they both are warm to hot. That will let you know if the the coolaint side is working. If it checks out good it's somthing in the duct work.

Nevermind. I just looked at the diagram you showed above. I'll check it out tomorrow when it's daylight out again and let you guys know what happens.

Put the 195º T-stat in and see what happens. I bet ya it is not getting hot enough for the freaking cold winters you guys have. Anyone who thinks we are having global warming has not been to the plains states durring winter

In the cold my car normally takes about 5-10 minutes to start blowing warm air. Thats in weather below 0*F. It sucks because its warm right when I get to work. But thats life in a canadian winter.
