I took it to a shop and They said the header bolt broke off . But if u remember I took one off n was unable to put it back . Well that one is apparently broken too . So I'm guessing the header has moved already .

No I haven't . But I drive the car with 3 bolts missing maybe that caused it.

Running headers with missing bolts will cause them to warp. They can be very difficult to get to seal once the have warped. If you pull the motor you can use a straight edge to check them or just set them inplace on the new motor while its on the stand and check for gaps without the gasket and use a feeler gage. Anything more then .020" is going to be a problem.
