Does is make the noise as you are turning the wheel, or when you are holding the wheel turned to the max?

I have the same issue it is minumal though. I added a bit of power steering fluid and took it around the block a couple of times and and its seemed to work like a champ. Is there a clicking noise at all could be your cv's going out. Thats what I was worried about. I know it is a no brainer what I did but it fixed my problem. All I can hope for is that it will do the same for you.
