make sure you check weather the drive shaft is long enough for what ever size tranny you use.
the engine will bolt up the the set of holes right in front of the original motor mounts. What kinda transmission did the car have?auto or stick? If you like hot roding it around you may want to change out the rear end with one from a v8 camaro

are 2.8 motor mounts going to hold a 350? will the suspension handle it> if its an auto trans, will it handle it?? the exhaust def. wont and neither will the rear. plus if its fuel injected, youd have to change the fuel pump so you dont kill your carb

your right you'd have to change the suspesion and the transmission but if you have motor mounts for the 350 you can use them they will line right up to the first set of holes if you change from fuel injection you will have to get a fuel pump that is the right size for your engine if its not you won't kill your carb you use lots fuel and flood your engine alot i'd know this i had that problem in my 87 sport coupe. now you'll have to change the tranny and you'll have to use one made for a camaro with a torgue bar it will most likely be a th-350 or a 700-r4 the stock mounts won't do you'll have to change the crossmember to one for a v8 camaro other that that most everthing else works but if you still don't think so keep asking questions about wether certian things match up and i'll tell you

with all the work involved, just sell it and buy a camaro with a V8....you'll spend a rediculous amount to change all of that

and about how much did you spend, considering you can get a perfectly fine running V8 between 500-1500$
