Electric Question (Halos)
Hey Guys, I got my Halos in right, but I spent literally 5 hours today in the hot sun trying to move things around and get it all set up!
I got these all attached together here, They have one red and one black wire now. But I dont know where to attach it.

I tried to make it go down to my parking lights, but using one of those blue crimper things wouldnt work well because the parking light wire was a bit thin. And it was really a pain in the neck getting all up in there! My back hurts
Is there like, some place I attach this to? Should it go on the battery, would that work? I tried it and the halo's didnt turn on. Im questioning if the blue crimpers even pierced the wires in the pictures too now because the battery didnt light them up (I turn my lights on too and taped them to it)

I'm not sure this is going to end up being of any help, but here goes. With halos, it kinda depends on how you want them lit up. Do you want them to turn on with the parking lights? I have mine hooked into the parking lights on my car. My lights are different than yours, but it's still the same concept. I just have a plug coming off of the one halo which plugs into another which I used quick connectors (the blue crimper things) to tap into the parking light wires. Yours looks like they're just free standing wires. So if the quick connectors aren't connecting, then you need to get a different size. Those things work great, I love them, but if they're not the right size, they're not going to work. Make sure the wires are connected properly too, + to +, - to -. I think tapping into the parking lights is the easiest route. It was for me at least. I'm also not sure how much different those kinds of lights are from the ones I have. So I'm not sure if how mine are set up will work with yours. But don't give up on trying to get them to work!
Hey, Ok i will try different sizes of those things soon. I am going to have to wait when its not so muggy and hot out, lol... I was going to do the parking lights too I think. So I guess then I need a smaller size of those crimper things because the parking light wire is a lot thinner than the other one, thats probably why it didnt work.
Or maybe ill take it someplace for them to plugin because it makes me mad lol.

I tapped mine into the side marker lights so the halos would only be on when I choose. Those are the little lights on the side of the assy, and the blue quick taps worked just fine for me. IF you want them on all the time then tap them into the large bulbs that are in the front that run the DRLs. This will give you halos all the time. The blue connectors should work just fine here too.

P.S. I have the exact same set of lights that Darling does.
