my car sometimes jerks at take off or comeing to a stop and it makes a clunk sound...

iam not sure if its the tranny moving around or the driveshaft moving around....or something else..

but most of the time when i go to give it a lil gas and start goin it will clunk and u can fill it...

also i have a clunk/rattle noise in the rear end sumwhere but it only does it whencosting or sumtimes breaking and it's worse around turns....

Check motor mounts, transmission mount, torque arm mount, check U joints. Get a repair manual for your car, and get down & dirty & inspect the rear end.
As was said many times before, it is hard to diagnose noise troubles from a distance. Really need to be close and personal. I suspect most of your problems are due to wear and tear, so you can use that as a starting point.

Change the tranny mount first. Test the motor mounts by running the engine against the brakes looking for excessive engine lifting on the driver side. Also use a crow bar to attempt to lift the engine and check the mounts for separation. Test the U joints by with the transmission in gear and the parking brake set. Twist the drive shaft back and forth with your hands. Watch the U joints and make sure there is no movement and no bell like sounds.A small amount of movementof the front and rear yokes is normal but there should be no clunking noises. Testing the rear end gets pretty detailed, that is why you need a service manual wit step by step instructions. Alldata is OK but they assume you know how to do all that stuff.
