I've been having a whining noise for awhile, sometimes it grinds or whines a lot, then it goes away for a little bit. I've found it to be the A/C compressor, when you turn on the A/C the whining cuts out and you hear the compressor working, then as soon as you turn the A/C off the grinding comes back.

So I was thinking it's the bearings? What do you guys think?
