Curious about something.. RS?

Did the 98 to 02 fbody have a RS model? I did some light searching online and I couldn't really turn anything up on account of being lazy.

No the last model year that had RS badgeing was in 97 98 and up could still get all the RS parts but it was put under RPO code y87 I believe

2001 and 2002 have a SLP version of the RS. For 96 and 97 the RS package was just cosmedic package that was ground effects and and badges and a V-8 Rack and pinion. RS-Y87 could be bought in 96 and 97.

Yeah, the SLP RS had a couple of cosmetic upgrades (stripes, badging, grille), and I think the performance upgrades were a locking diff and exhaust (somebody correct me if I'm wrong)
