Thanks Massey! That's really helpful. I actually tried connecting to the computer with an OBDI scanner and OBDII connector and it still didn't work. I thought there was something wrong with the wiring or PCM. So, this is a "special" case in 95 with the camaro and a few other cars. I'll look into the different cables too!
