See that's really weird. Every standard car I've been in. i can feel the clutch pedal actually doing its job by moving shyt around. I can't feel that with mine. It feels week and flimsy. Also when I'm letting up on my clutch. My car doesn't start moving until the clutch is absolutely all the way out. I have to let it out completely for the clutch to engage. The guy at JEGS said that could just be because my pressure plate is worn out. I'm guessing that's why I can feel the difference in my car's pedal vs my buddy's car's pedal,

Exactly, a worn out clutch will not enguage untill the petal is almost all the way out. Time for a new clutch and while you are at it change your driveline to a one piece.

Driveline? Sorry I'm quite sure that was a stupid question but I'm more familiar with stuff under the hood rather than stuff under the car lol

Also now I need recommendations on brands for a clutch. Should I get a factory style one or a performance style one? I do a lot of street racing and burning of the tires. I need something pretty sturdy for that. However I'm on a budget of $350. AutoZone has a full clutch kit for $170 but I'm sure it's probably junk. I need the clutch kit to include the throwout bearing and pilot bearing. Recommendations? Thanks!

Your driveshaft is a 2 piece made (I forgot). You can get an aluminum 1 piece driveshaft for pretty cheap.

What exactly will a 1-piece drive shaft do for me?

Aone-piece driveshaft will balance the power to the wheels better and has less chance of breaking and is lighter.

I got my stage-II clutch from clutchmasters for $300.00. That's what I recommend.
