Everytime I accelerate or touch the accelerater there is a clicking / ticking noise. Sounds like its coming from the driver's side near the engine somewhere. What can it be? It is so annoying. Can it be the headers? Please get back to me.. thanks

 

Did you have that problem before you put on your headers? I think I have a similar problem.

 

Exhaust leak somewhere, maybe?

 

That could be the answer to my problem. I am aware that there is a missing bolt head on my left manifold. How hard would that be to fix?

 

Before I put my headers on it didn't have that problem. Sometimes when I shut my car off, I go outside of my car and I hear a drip. The drip then hits something hot that makes a ttsss sound, like its burning off. At first I thought it was my A/C but i never drive wit that on. Now it happens more frequently. So can it be a fuel leak?

 

Check your drivers side motor mount. Easy job and cheep part. Or do like the Hemis did, chain the manifold to the frame.

 

ive got a similar ticking sound with my 98. i think it has something to do with the fuel injection.
