i jus put a cold air intake on my car and theres a noise coming from it that sounds kinda like a turbo. i was wandering if this was normal on a 3.4l with a CIA on it. Did i do something wrong? or is everything ok?

 

Car runs fine, correct? You replaced a stock part with a modded part and you hear a new air noise? Replace the old part if you want it to stop is stop modding your car or hear and recognize what is all that are new air speed noises to your ears.

So, is the car unresponsive you lost a part in the engine? Idles fine? Accelerates fine? Mileage is about the same or she flows more air is burns more gas?

 

Some cold air intakes have a whistle to them, some don't. All will be louder under the hood, due to you replacing factory silencers with a straight pipe. It's normal.
