Default changing the turn signal assembly

what is the best method of changing out the whole turn signal assembly? on a 1999 camaro.

I've heard that on the '98+, you can remove it from the top, by removing the headlight to access it. This saves the pain of having to get it from below the car. It's two or three bolt/nuts that hold it on.

hmmm, ill give it a try, are the bolts on that metal bar that hold the headlight?

Im not 100% sure but on my 94 its bolted into the front bumper cover. 3-4 bolts hold it on.

They're all bolted to the inside of the bumper cover. I was just telling him it would be easier for him to go through the top instead of the bottom, since his is a '99. Johnny, I'm not sure how the headlights are held in on the '98+.,

so any way works then? o and a quick question how bad would it be to lower a camaro 1.4 inchs?
