Yea. I was thinking about that the last few days. I don't know. The grease is just really getting to me. It just pisses me off that people can't have common courtesy when they work on someone's car..

Like, Walmart does a better job of taking care of my car during an oil change than 90% of the other place..

Thanks Massey. I was taking a look and I want to get a LID style one like the ones from SLP Performance. (Here), but I'm not sure exactly how it would work w/o having an SS/Z28 hood fro the ram air or are they not effected with them?

No but with the coversion housing I could put HID bulbs. That's what I did. 9006 hid kit with balast.

That's what I did too. All I needed what the conversion kits from Eurolights then I bought my HID's from DDM. >.<

The way the lid-style intakes work is that it draws its air from the underside of the car. My biggest concern would be clearance, idk if a stock non-SS LT1-style hood will clear a lid. Also, the lid you posted will work for an LS1, but not a 3800. I think the 3800 intakes have the tube that goes from the intake to the manifold off-center.

I know it's for an LS1. I just clicked that picture so you guys had an idea of the style I was talking about. I can't seem to find any 3800 Series for the 93-97's.. Would a 98+ work the same way?

I got them from No Fear. They have just about every decal you can think of. Rockstar, MM, NoCal, SoCal, AnyCal, Angel/Demon....
