Clock will stay set even if you voltage drops below 8 volts. Normally when a starter goes bad it gives you problems hot not cold and if the starter is bad the solenoid will click trying to make the starter work. You did not mention a clicking sound. The solenoid could be bad but jumping your car would not fix a solenoid. Based on your description of the problem a bad starter does not seem like a good fit. But who knows.

So today I got some obd II readings and they are this: P1406, P0300, and P0154. The print out that autozone gives says:
1. egr valve pintle position circuit problem egr but won't cause the car not to start.....
2. Cylinder misfire detected- random cylinders. (probable cause)Ignition system fault-spark plug(s), ignition bbwires, coil. Vacuum leak. injector fault. and also High or low fuel pressure.
3. Circuit condition (heated oxygen sensor bb2 sensor 1). (probable cause) oxygen sensor defective. fuel system running very rich or lean-(check other codes first). Engine misfire condition. Fuel pressure very high or low fuel pump or pressure regulator.
After leaving autozone I gassed it and at high RPM is was a little shruggish so I am guessing my fuel pump is going bad. Do any of you guys or ladies have any thoughts?

Did you read what yout typed? You have 3 codes the only one that even mention the fuel system is telling to (Check other codes first) meaning this code could be caused by other codes! A weak plug or wire will miss fire under load causing a car to be slugish and will send unburnt gas to the O2 sensor. A simple fuel pressure test will tell you if your fuel system is work. I think Autozone lends fuel pressure gages. A bad EGR valve could be the cause of the O2 code also.

If your no start can be fixed with a jump you are still looking in the wrong area. None of those issues would cause a no start. If you are thinking the fuel pump is causing your problem you are way off. A jump would have no effect on a fuel pump, 99% of the time when a fuel pump fails the car will not start until its replaced.

You are right I don't know where to look anymore that is why I am looking for help.... there are two codes that say something about a fuel problem...
