i have an 02 camaro and when my brakes are stepped on, one of my lights don't get brighter like they're supposed to. when my boyfriend opened up the lights, both of the bulbs were working. does anybody know why it does that, and how to fix it?

 

are you sure you are using the correct bulbs ?

 

yes, because they did work at some point, and i haven't changed out the bulbs. we just pulled the light out to look at them.

 

Those are dual filament bulbs. One for when you have your lights on, and one for when you brake. It is possible that one of the filaments is burned out.
