My best guess, with what can be seen, says it's coming from above.
To narrow it down, could be a bad... head gasket, intake gasket, water pump, radiator, radiator hose, heater hose, core plug (incorrectly referred to as freeze plug), water fitting/nipple/elbow on the block.

Think people started calling it a "freeze plug", because most people think there designed in case the coolant/water freeze's. Still incorrect, but I find my self calling them freeze plugs just for the simple fact that's what most people know them as.

As to the OP problem. I wish you could have got the cam under there more to view up. Pop the hood and look around the firewall where heater core etc is located. See if its dripping down off the firewall(or from the hose's), if so its a heater core repleted problem(hose etc). Again this is just a guess since your car's not in front of me, but gives you something to look at and rule out.

Find a new shop, ANY pro that can not track down a leak that bad with a pressure tester needs to rethink what he should do for a living.

No way can you figure out where a leak is coming from based on where the coolant falls under the car. With a pressure tester, a lift, a flash light and maybe a mirror you should be able to track that leak bad to its source in no time. The ones that are hard to find are the ones where the person is losing a quater of coolant every 2-3 months.
