I was driving down the road and some guy slammed into me from the side.. I was doing about 50 mph and he was flying up in some pos ford taurus... So he hit me and spun out . when we stopped and checked the damage. my door is all messed. up the bottom line is I need a new driver side door.. it cracked all the way through and there is some serious damage done. actually its not as bad as it sounds, insurance said no way, so now i take it upon myself. got it apprasied at 2500 i need help!

 

What kind of insurance do You have? State Farm wrote my daughter a check on the spot for some damage on her '96 tahoe.

 

ditto to what bill said something wrong with ur insurance or atleast others guys insurance should be covering it.

 

If you have liability, then I can understand, but the other driver's insurance company should be covering this. Contact him or contact his insurance agent with the information. I have full comprehensive, and for any amount of body work I have a $250.00 deductible.
