most pumps come with a new in tank wire harness, did you replace it? follow the harness from the connection you just checked to the pump and look for the next connector, test there for continuity or power from the last connector.

Fixed it!!! Thanks for all the help! Turned out to be real bad connections in the butt connectors so I took them all out and just soldered them together and heat shrink wrapped them and tried the prime and boom it worked. Put everything back together and its running great! Now to run for ride of the month!
