Default A/C issue on a 2000 v/6

I recently purchased this Camaro for my daughter off Ebay. It's in great shape but it does have an issue with the A/C. Upon excelleration, the air stops flowing out of the dash vents and comes out the floor vents. When you ease off the gas the air flow returns to the dash vents. I am sure that there is a vacuum leak, but where? Under the dash or the under the hood? I did change the radio and maybe knocked off something.
