really yours doesnt seem to be that long

 

I know lol. I didn't think it was either but when I put it in, it's hella low. Like all the way down inside the air dam. That's what makes it a true "cold" air intake. because that blocks off all the engine heat from the filter

 

so got the new ecm today and plugged it in so now the car starts in first gear like it should. Getting closer to being on the road!
