The pacesetters commonly rub against the steering column. The knuckle on the steering column can be shaved to clear the headers. Why do you think that you have a blown headgasket. You could have an exhaust leak through the EGR pipe to header bracket. That is common. The vibration can be a misfire somewhere. As said before, you need to either sit down and educate yourself or simply pay someone else to diagnose your problem.

yeah... i have gone through some of your problems and it sounds like the car is def burning coolant and you should not drive it... as for your vibration... any part of your exhaust might be to close to a heat shield, i had a problem with hanging my cat and wound up hanging it to high and every time i would downshift my entire car would vibrated.... if it is your headers then get under the car with a hammer find where they are touching and try to dent in the header a little bit... they might actually not be touching until the car is running though, due to vibration... you definetly need to make sure it is a head gasket before you assume it is one... you need to run a compression test... i dont know if you can get your hands on one but you take out your spark plugs and screw it in and crank the engine and then you can determine which head or cylinder is leaking coolant by the lower pressure the guage reads out.... good luck... if you cant do this yourself you better find someone you can trust because if you get told the wrong thing you will be tearing apart you engine for nothing wasting your time and $$$

lol get headgasket fixed first, or could lock up then a exhaust rubbing would be least of your issues. and learn to spell and type in complete sentences, its annoying trying to decipher something to help you. Any exhaust shop could weld on a new hanger that would raise/lower/left/right whatever the exhaust needed to get out of the way and quit rubbing, should not be more than $20 bucks.

Did you get the ceramic coated headers? If not, you have more heat due to the headers -- would be less w/ceramic coated ones...

That means everythings working well. Engine operating temperature is usually around 190 degree.

What Thermostat are you using?
